Common questions
Does PitPat need a subscription for activity tracking?
No. Activity, rest, calorie and weight tracking are all free with no monthly fee, which is its main appeal. The optional GPS feature is separate; the core fitness monitoring costs nothing ongoing.
How useful are the health alerts?
Genuinely useful. If your dog's activity drops suddenly you get a notification, which owners report has helped catch issues like a muscle strain early before they became serious.
Is it suitable for small dogs?
It suits dogs from around 5kg up, but at 35g it can look oversized on very slim or small breeds like whippets or small terriers. On a Labrador or collie it is fine.
